Hi, I'm Karen Brackett — founder of Blossom Consulting and a business consultant who has spent years helping small business owners build real, sustainable businesses from the inside out.

I started Blossom because I kept seeing the same thing over and over: incredibly gifted people — healers, coaches, artists, spiritual leaders — who were struggling not because of their talent, but because no one had ever taught them how to run a business. They were drowning in admin, confused by finances, invisible online, and exhausted from doing everything alone.

That's where I come in.

I bring hands-on experience in administration, accounting, human resources, and marketing — and I know how to translate all of it into language and systems that actually make sense for the way spiritual entrepreneurs think and work. I'm not here to turn you into a corporate machine. I'm here to help you build a business that honors your gift, supports your life, and actually grows.

I also co-founded Grid of Consciousness, a spiritual community and app platform, so I understand firsthand what it takes to build something meaningful from nothing. I've lived the messy middle. I know what it's like to have a big vision and not enough hours in the day.
